📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of departmental activities.,Support the Department Head in developing and implementing departmental strategies.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Assist in the recruitment and training of staff.,Handle departmental administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and HR management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency.
