In this role, you will daily interact with customers, demonstrate and recommend beauty products, manage inventory, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You will work in our flagship stores in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, each offering a unique blend of luxury and local charm. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate and sell beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and haircare, from top brands.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in organizing beauty events, promotions, and workshops to engage customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and industry news to provide relevant recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail, preferably in luxury or high-end beauty brands.
• Excellent knowledge of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and haircare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for beauty.
• Certification in beauty sales or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems and retail management software is a plus.
