📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement incubation programs to support the growth of emerging cooperatives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to cooperative members, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their business goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cooperative expansion and scaling.
Collaborate with government agencies and industry partners to create a supportive ecosystem for cooperative development.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of incubated cooperatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Facilitate networking and knowledge-sharing events to connect cooperatives with potential partners and investors.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cooperative development.
Report on the progress and impact of incubation programs to stakeholders and decision-makers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooperative development, incubation, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of cooperative principles and practices.
Proven track record of successful cooperative development and scaling initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
