📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and selection.,Maintaining and updating procurement records and documents.,Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing.,Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.,Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Providing support to the procurement manager in various tasks.,Assisting in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
