📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and safe to operate.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring they are within budget.,Track vehicle usage and mileage, and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving company vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
