Asia Shipping is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our shipping division in the region and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shipping division in Bontang.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of staff and ensure they are properly trained and motivated.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and other stakeholders.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shipping operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.,Represent Asia Shipping at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Shipping, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the shipping industry.,Strong knowledge of shipping operations, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
