📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the branch's annual plan.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or sales industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and systems.
