Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage customer inquiries and complaints,Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience,Work collaboratively with the sales and management teams,Adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage,Willingness to work in a hybrid setting
