📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic advice to senior management.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.,Handle tax planning and compliance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
