📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.,Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.,Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.,Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.,Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate relevant advancements into projects.,Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.,Ensure the timely and successful delivery of software projects within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading and managing development teams.,Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++, and experience with relevant frameworks and technologies.,Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.,Experience with version control systems, such as Git.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
