Karya Anugerah is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics and Finance Administrator to join our team in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. As a Logistics and Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing payroll, and overseeing the logistics of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee the logistics of our operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or financial context.
• Certification in QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain management role is a plus.
