📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive mine plans and schedules using advanced software such as MineSight and Surpac.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our operations are both profitable and responsible.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to support investment decisions.
• Monitor and optimize mining operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
