📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care according to the standards of medical practice.,Maintain accurate and complete patient records.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., SNM, SIP, or equivalent).,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
