Market Go Dinamis is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Area Manager to join our team in Dili. As a Senior Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales operations in the assigned area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Market Go Dinamis in the East Timor market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales operations in the assigned area.,Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.,Provide training and support to sales team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.,Strong understanding of the East Timor market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Tetun (local language).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.
