DLM Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tendering processes, cost control, and ensuring the successful delivery of electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical quantity surveying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the tendering process for electrical projects, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.,Conduct cost planning, estimating, and budgeting for electrical projects to ensure they are completed within budget.,Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports to track project performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Provide cost advice and guidance to project teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery.,Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the accuracy of cost data and ensure compliance with project specifications.,Prepare and present cost-related information to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to support decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost records and databases to support project management and reporting.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical quantity surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical quantity surveying, with a strong focus on tendering and cost management.,Proven experience in managing tendering processes for electrical projects, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.,Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and budgeting for electrical projects.,Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present cost-related information to clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for cost analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical quantity surveying.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
