Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing the day-to-day activities on-site

Managing a team of workers

Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget

Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of facilities

Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site

Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality

Providing regular reports to management on the progress of projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance principles

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Familiarity with relevant software and tools

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to travel frequently
