Salon Fitri Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Ngawi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and organization. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and warehouse transactions.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations.,Certification in warehouse management or a related field is a plus.
