📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in retail or grocery industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.,Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management.,Ability to speak and write Indonesian fluently.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
