Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor,Ensure the checkout area is clean and well-organized,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment,Follow company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of Indonesian language,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic computer skills,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
