• Troubleshoot and resolve game-related issues using tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in game support or a similar role
• Proficient in using Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar customer support software
• Strong knowledge of gaming platforms and technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Understanding of Indonesian language is a plus
