Berkah Tono Sembako is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Bantul. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. If you have a passion for HR and a desire to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees.,Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training programs for employees.,Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
