In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
