AETHER Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective testing strategies, and you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in our QA processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are able to perform at their best.,Develop and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.,Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements.,Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing efforts.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to drive continuous improvement in our QA processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.,Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.,Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.,Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and practices.
