Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for customers.,Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance, including routine inspections, repairs, and servicing.,Track vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, usage, and performance.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure fleet availability and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
