Sentral Putri Dental Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our dental team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental healthcare and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants.,Ensure the clinic operates efficiently and effectively, meeting all regulatory and quality standards.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Manage patient schedules, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources and staff time.,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other healthcare providers and facilities to ensure seamless patient care.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.,Handle administrative tasks, including patient records, billing, and insurance claims.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a dental clinic or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures, technologies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid dental license and professional membership with relevant associations.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
