📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Participate in project planning and budgeting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in project management and engineering.
