Sehati Gilang Digital is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that training initiatives are effective and impactful.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring that the content is engaging and informative.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees on career development and growth opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
