📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Preparing and mixing dough according to standard recipes
• Baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods in our state-of-the-art ovens
• Decorating and packaging finished products
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment
• Assisting in quality control checks to ensure product consistency
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food service environment
• Familiarity with various baking techniques and tools
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious baked goods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
