📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of port facilities, including vessel berthing, cargo handling, and port security.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and best practices.
• Manage and optimize port resources, including equipment, personnel, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including ship operators, cargo owners, and government agencies.
• Monitor and report on port performance metrics, such as vessel turnaround time and cargo throughput.
• Lead and mentor a team of port operations personnel.
• Continuously improve port operations through innovation and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Port Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in port operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing port operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong understanding of maritime regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of port management software, such as PIMS (Port Information Management System) or similar.
• Valid shipping industry certifications, such as ISM Code or ISO 9001, are a plus.
