Finance & Accounting Specialist (PNG Operations)

Join Indofood, a leading FMCG company in Indonesia, as a Finance & Accounting Specialist focusing on our PNG (Papua New Guinea) operations. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making to drive the success of our operations in Papua New Guinea. As part of our finance team, you will work closely with local and international stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with international standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our PNG operations, including preparing monthly financial statements, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to support decision-making. You will also be involved in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company-wide financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for PNG operations, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders, including management and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company-wide financial goals.
• Provide financial support to local teams, including training and mentoring.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Participate in financial planning and analysis activities, including scenario modeling and variance analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in an international or multi-national environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills in local languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
