📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of engineering and facilities management teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance facility performance and reduce operational costs.
• Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and renovation projects.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Train and develop the engineering and facilities management team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior management to align facilities management strategies with the overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of facilities management initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and facilities management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in facilities management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
