📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement breeding programs for high-value marine species, focusing on genetic improvement and performance enhancement.
• Conduct genetic analysis and selection to improve growth, disease resistance, and feed efficiency in our aquaculture operations.
• Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and implement breeding strategies that align with our sustainability goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our breeding programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with our aquaculture operations team to ensure the successful implementation of our breeding programs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aquaculture and breeding technologies, incorporating new knowledge into our programs.
• Conduct training and mentoring for our team members to ensure the successful implementation of our breeding programs.
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops to network with peers and stay informed about best practices in aquaculture breeding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aquaculture breeding programs, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of genetic principles and breeding techniques, with experience in genetic analysis and selection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with aquaculture management software, such as AquaCulture Pro or similar, is a plus.
• Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed for fieldwork and meetings.
