- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts using advanced tools like Power BI, SAP, and Excel.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes to support business growth.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficient in using Power BI, SAP, and Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
