📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with prospective students to understand their language-learning needs and goals.
• Guide students through the course selection process, ensuring they choose the right program for their needs.
• Provide personalized recommendations and advice to help students achieve their language-learning objectives.
• Assist with student enrollment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the English 1 learning experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote English 1 courses and attract new students.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing students, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in language education, and apply this knowledge to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in language education, sales, or customer success.
• Proven track record of success in consulting and advising clients on language-learning programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
