📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

• Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
