📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair high-quality equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Deliver and set up equipment at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of our equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Use ServiceNow and Jira to manage and track service requests and tasks.
• Generate detailed reports using Excel to document service activities and equipment status.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in equipment maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, equipment installation, or maintenance.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Excel is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
