As a Leasing Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the leasing process from initial tenant inquiries to lease execution, ensuring a seamless experience for both our landlords and tenants. You'll leverage your extensive knowledge of the local market and your strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for our clients. With a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, you'll be a key player in helping PT Tristar Land maintain its position as a trusted name in Bali's real estate market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire leasing process, from tenant inquiries to lease execution, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both landlords and tenants.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leasing opportunities and develop strategies to secure and manage high-value commercial and retail spaces.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to negotiate lease terms, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible deals.
• Prepare and present lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and productive leasing environment.
• Monitor lease performance and provide regular updates to the leasing team and management.
• Leverage your knowledge of the local market and your strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure that our leasing strategies are effective and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and retail leasing, with a proven track record of success in securing and managing high-value leases.
• Strong knowledge of the local Bali market, including current market trends, tenant profiles, and lease terms.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data analysis, report preparation, and presentation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leasing projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with leasing software and systems, such as Yardi or Compass, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
