📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model integrity.
• Generate construction documentation and clash detection reports using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM standards and technologies.
• Participate in project reviews and provide technical support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or drafting.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
